Change product orientation without the use of external devices. Our twisted conveyors make product reorientation a breeze.

Our twisted conveyors can be used for easy and foolproof product reorientation, or to precisely align items as required for downstream processes. Products can be reoriented by any angle up to a full 90 degrees, depending on the specific need. If a conveyor is twisted along the axis of the side frame, the product will maintain the same elevation. If the twist is along conveyor’s center line, a natural decline of the product will occur.

• Rotation

  The Twist Conveyor is capable of rotating products 90 degrees in only 60 linear inches.

• Need to Incline/Decline

  The Twist Conveyor can also be used for slight incline and decline applications.

• Product Orientation

  Reorients the product with no additional automation and no disruption in conveyance.

• Chain Options

  Handles almost any product by using a wide variety of chain styles.
