ACHIEVEMENTS

HOW IT BEGAN

Quintec Integration, Inc. opened in 1999 in the small Wisconsin town of Germantown. James Deppoleto Jr., our president, founded Quintec with the goal of providing the material handling industry with the most consistent, dependable, and expectation-exceeding solutions. Brimming with keen understanding of conveyor systems, extensive procurement knowledge, and straightforward salesmanship, James quickly established himself as an industry expert. He was awarded a turnkey conveyor project at an Air Force base in Oklahoma just months after starting the company which paved the road for immediate success. He immediately reinvested into his business, hired several vital employees, and continued to thrive over the next two decades despite recessions and a continuously shifting economic environment.

HOW IT’S GOING

In November of 2017, the company purchased and relocated to a new 20,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Waukesha, WI. Quintec’s “Silicon Valleyesque” campus is employee-centric, featuring wellness spaces, recharge rooms, and an open environment that facilitates collaboration. The new campus includes amenities such as massage chairs, an indoor basketball court, a full kitchen, a 2,300 sq. ft. fitness center, a sauna and more. In this way, Quintec reflects James’ commitment to pushing the industry forward by creating a contagiously positive work environment that attracts top talent and encourages maximum productivity through active support of employees and clients alike.

WHAT’S NEXT

Quintec remains fully committed to James’ original vision by expanding its staff, services, and industry offerings. Bolstered by record earnings over the past several years, Quintec now directly supplies parts and equipment to customers and continues to explore the latest solutions in robotics, automation, and modular technologies.
