STRAIGHT, INCLINE, CURVE

Straight Conveyors:

The straight conveyor has a 3 Axis Symmetry that allows the drive to be located on either end or either side of the conveyor. The straight conveyor ranges from 2’ long up to 104’ long (dependent on product load) and 3.76” to 47.46” wide as standard widths in 1.18” increments. The load capability is up to 50lbs per foot of conveyor.  The overall conveyor bed section depth is 5 5/8”.  As with all Span Tech conveyors the conveyor chain is completely captured eliminating the catenary or chain sag as known in the conveyor industry.

Incline Conveyors:

Incline Conveyors are fully customizable and can be tailored to your specific needs. Multiple lengths, belt widths, and curve angles are available allowing a wide range of applications. Our incline conveyors provide extreme elevation change with speeds ranging up to 400 ft/min (122 m/min). Our chain can be customized with specific chain links for full product handling potential. When you need to save floor space and elevate product our Incline Conveyors are the solution you are looking for.

Curved Conveyors:

Horizontal curve conveyors can be manufactured to any degree angle at any radius staying within the rules *. The MultiSpan 25mm chains require from the end of the horizontal curve to the end of a drive or idler; there should be a straight section with a length that is greater than or equal to the chain width. The MultiSpan 50mm chains require from the end of the horizontal curve to the end of a drive or idler; a straight section with a length that is greater than or equal to the chain width. Any Span Tech conveyor requires at least two times the chain width between opposing curves.
