MULTI-PACKER SMART-FEED
Equipped with Shuttleworth’s innovative Slip-Torque® roller technology, Multi-Packer Smartfeed provides low back pressure accumulation, allowing for gentle product handling while also properly spacing the product into the cartoner or case packer – minimizing the potential for product damage to occur. This will benefit the user with a highly efficient packaging line running at peak performance.
Each Multi-Packer SmartFeed is designed to release a pattern of multiple products in time with a flighted or belted wrapper infeed. A series of product stops or a combination of in-surface brakes with an adjustable overhead brake controls the number of products released to the wrapper, cartoner, or case packer.
