MODOROLL 90-Degree Hydra-Curve

MODOROLL’s 90-degree Hydra-Curve combines energy-efficient motorized rollers with industrial durability, handling loads up to 75 lbs with two groove and 500 lbs with Poly-V. Using normal rollers, the Hyrda-Curve is able to preform the same functions as a 90-degree curve, without tapered sleeves. With 1.9” 10-gauge rollers and high-tension drives, it’s low-maintenance, quiet, and easy to install. Its modular design ensures seamless integration into any system for flexible, reliable operation across various industries.

MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Rail: 6” Deep x 2” Flange x 10 Gauge channel frame. Includes side covers C-C: 2" or 3 " C-C Patented curve design: 90-degree Hydra-Curve is made of three pie-shaped sections.

Rollers: Two 1.9” Diameter, 16 Gauge, carrying roller with 7/16” hex axle. With ABEC High Speed bearings
